Shipping Methods & Coverage

We ship via Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post for all standard (non-freight) orders.
We currently ship within all Canadian provinces and territories. For orders shipping to remote areas, additional transit time and surcharges may apply.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Customers outside Canada must coordinate with a freight forwarder based in Canada, and are responsible for all forwarding, customs clearance, and import duties.

Billing & Shipping Address Verification

To help prevent credit card fraud, the billing address must match the address registered to your payment method.
If you need your order shipped to a different address, we may request additional verification, including a valid government-issued ID. Orders may be delayed until verification is complete.

Shipping Times & Processing

• Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

• Special order or non-stock items may require 1–2 weeks for fulfillment.

• Expedited shipping is available on request for in-stock items only.

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after business hours will ship the next business day.

Shipping Delays & Liability

While we aim to ship promptly, NorthForce Diesel Parts is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Weather disruptions

• Carrier delays

• Customs clearance issues

• Acts of God or unforeseen events

Delivery estimates provided during checkout are based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed.

Freight Shipping

Heavy or oversized items requiring palletized (LTL) freight shipping will be quoted separately. Please contact us for freight quotes and delivery arrangements. Liftgate service and rural access fees may apply.

Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping may occasionally be available for select products. Unless specified otherwise, these offers apply to ground shipments within Canada only and exclude oversized or freight-only items.
